-We will discuss your vision via email, text message, phone call o a video call, it is up to you, we will provide any necessary advice and then we will go and start the practical work.
-We operate with a deposit scheme; once the price is agreed, the client will pay half of this money upfront via online bank transfer or Paypal. You will be supplied a receipt as proof of purchase (For custom work that is valued over £200, both parties will agree terms in an Adobe contract and sign it electronically).
-The work will be completed and shown to the client with watermark protection. Once the client completes he outstanding payment then the watermark will be removed and work will be sent to the client's email.
-We complete work in two stages in two main stages; conceptual stage which consists of black &white drawings, this enables focus on getting the fundamental structure right and then there will be a developmental stage where there will be trials of colours and effects (the amount of concepts and colour trials provided, depends on the agreed budget).
-We will supply free rounds of revisions for work at the two stages mentioned (the amount will depend on the agreed budget but on average we supply 3 rounds). So you will have peace of mind that things can be improved if you are not happy with the work.
-We will supply you with daily progress via email and then you will have opportunities to request revisions.
-An average project takes 3-4 days but can take a few days longer due to revisions.
-We can supply work in most formats- jpeg, png, pdf, eps, tiff, gif e.t.c.
-If the client wishes to have the source file (the file which contains all of the ingredients for the final artwork) then that will be an extra charge, dependent on how big the file is.
-You have the right to cancel before the practical conceptual stage starts and you will be refunded 100% of your money. You can also cancel after the conceptual stage but you will only be entitled to half of your deposit back as valuable work has already started. There will be no opportunity fr refunds once the development stage has begun.
